MARVA ReUnion Weekend 2008 This is a weekend for previously encountered couples. |

Come and reunite with your spouse and the MARVA Community. When: August 8-10, 2008. Friday evening (7:30pm hugs, 8:00pm program) through about noon on Sunday. Where: Marriott Hotel at Fair Oaks in Fairfax, VA. This beautiful hotel is located just off Route 66 outside the Capital Beltway. The 20 rooms guaranteed at the group rate of $80/room per night+plus tax (Even cheaper than last year for the same great accommodations!) must be reserved by 7/25/08. Register early to get the best rate. Hotel amenities include in-room coffee and tea, indoor pool and hot tub, exercise room, and coffee bar on the premises. How: 1. Call the hotel directly at 703-352-2525 or 1-800-228-9290 to make your hotel reservations. Ask for the MARVA Marriage Encounter Rate ($80/room per night+tax). You will need to provide your credit card information. 2. Print the ReUnion Weekend 2008 Registration Form. 3. Register by sending the form and your non-refundable registration fee of $55 (in check or money order payable to "MARVA Marriage Encounter"). You may also pay this fee online through Paypal. *If you pay your registration $55 fee by Paypal please indicate the date on your MARVA registration form. Meals: Each couple will be responsible for their own meals. There is a restaurant with a varied menu, both in price and selection, in the hotel for those who prefer to eat on site. There are also numerous eating establishments (ranging from fast food to more upscale restaurants) at the Fair Oaks Mall within a short walk or drive away. Small refrigerators and microwaves can also be requested at check-in. These are subject to availability. Commuters: Commuting to the weekend is an option though we do encourage you to stay at the hotel if possible to facilitate making it a get away as a couple and connecting with the greater community. If you choose to commute, please send the $55 registration fee with your registration form marked that you are commuting. |
